Sharp Day

I seemed to be sharper today. I was able to stay focused and on task more so than normal. The swelling is getting bad, but maybe next week's infussion will help that go down. I don't believe there is a joint that is not hurting. So much so, my charlie horses are happening regardless what I am doing.(Sitting, standing or walking.) With the itching and swelling, it is hard to focus on little else. But try each day. Everyday the transplant is closer. And there are those moments during the day, that offer a glimmer of hope, of peace where the pain stops briefly. I try to remember how far I have came, and how very grateful I am.

That special day for that special person. Take a moment to thank your partner and remember and remind each other how important you are to each other. Too bad we can't enjoy this day every day of our lives.
